Pink? Green? I have had green noodles before, but pink? PINK?

I suppose it’s ok becasue they are brown after cooking, but….PINK!!!

In Indonesia, I always eat the multi colored mie pelangi (pink, green + yellow)
They add some vege or herbs into it.

The full name of the dish is mie pelangi ayam jamur.
