They have been facing patent lawsuits since the launch of the Wii. And recently lost a case to some "Anal"scape company over the controller patent. Court order Nintendo to pay $21m to "Anal"scape. All these gaming giants are getting kicked by some small fly company over patents every now and then. At the end of the day, its a matter of who can afford paying and who will die paying.
