pencilindistress: Thanks for the suggestion, but I would beg to differ. “I myself” is a valid grammatic construction and not a redundancy at all. It’s used for emphasis or contrast in certain situations. It’s called an intensive pronoun and is used to emphasize a pronoun that immediately precedes it. :)

Just one tip: avoid saying “…I myself…”

Just say “I”.

Of course, you are yourself and everyone knows that.

You write meaningfully so exclude the meaningless word.
